Only recently did I find out there is such an ETF so I bought it … last Tuesday, and of course the price kept dropping for the next days.

However, I've wanted for a long time to hold a Vietnam ETF so that's it.
I was pondering buying an Africa ETF from the same company Market Vectors but the MER is an 'obscene' 3%. I forgot what the MER was for Vietnam but lower than 2% if I remember well. If it is above 1.5% still high but what the heck I wanted Vietnam.

They already have a name for such countries, Frontier Markets.
It was not enough Emerging we need Frontier, it's a good marketing name so perhaps more and more amateur investors like me will be sucked in and of course they will get burned but this time hopefully I will be out before the crash (if there is a boom after all or very likely it will just fizzle).

I wonder what's next: Out of Space Markets ?
